Veterinary and grooming services are scheduled by appointment in order to provide the best service possible to all clients and pets. Emergency cases always have top priority. For your convenience, drop-off appointments may be scheduled at no additional charge.
After Hours EmergenciesIf your pet requires medical attention after hours, please call our main number at 636-458-9010. The voicemail system will provide instructions on how to reach the doctor on call. In the event of a voicemail system or pager failure, you should contact the Animal Emergency Clinic at 314-822-7600.
Our FeesWe make every effort to ensure that our fees are fair and reasonable and we encourage you to discuss charges before services are rendered. Payment is expected at the time services are provided unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks and debit cards as well as MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
