Your dog will spend the day in large indoor play area with a group of
compatible dogs, tons of toys and loving people who are always ready to
give tummy rubs and treats! Our space is divided into two areas so that
dogs can be matched by size and temperament.
Peanut’s Place also has a fenced in outside area where your dog will
have regular potty breaks throughout the day.
Kate
and Berta are a mother and daughter team who have always had great love
and compassion for dogs. Berta held an administrative position at a church
for 19 years while Kate pursued her dreams by volunteering at a animal
hospital, managing a boarding facility and owning a pet sitting service.
In understanding the need for quality care for their own dogs, Peanut,
Jasmine, Sammie and Smokey, they put their heads together and created
Peanut’s Place, which opened in March 2003.
"Hi, I just want to thank you for taking care of Gidget last
Friday. We were on vacation in Wisconsin and would not have been able
to get to the Mall of America with out your services. Your type of day
care is so nice and needed. I felt good when I walked in and saw your
facility. We were treated very nicely (even though we were there for just
one day) and I know Gidget had good care. She is always a nervous dog,
so I worry about leaving her. She doesn’t do well in the kennel that puts
her in a cage all day, so I appreciated her interaction with people and
other dogs. We will certainly call again when in the area. Thanks again!"
